• Participants must access the eLiga BBVA MX 2024 tour event in eFootball 2024 to participate.
• Participants will play against Artificial Intelligence "AI" using a team they create.
• Points will be awarded for certain gameplay actions according to the standard rules of the Tour Event.
• Participants who achieve 1,000 points in either of the two weeks will advance to the 2nd Qualifier round. Points are not cumulative between the two weeks; the total of 1,000 points must be achieved in one of those two weeks.
• There will be no extra time or penalty shootouts.
• Participants advancing to the 2nd Qualifier round will find the eLiga BBVA MX 2024 Challenge event within the eLiga BBVA MX 2024 Challenge event.
• Players will play against other participants online; the game will randomly match players from among all advancing participants.
• There are 2 challenges in the 2nd qualifier and each challenge rule is same.
• The matches in the challenges will be the golden goal, The players who clear the two challenges will advance the 3rd qualifier.
• Participants must choose one of the 18 teams from Liga BBVA MX clubs. Once the team is selected, it cannot be changed.
• Club abilities will be balanced so that no Club has advantage over others.
• Players will play against other participants online; the game will randomly match players from among all advancing participants.
• The results of the last 15 matches (not the best 15 matches) will be used to determine the ranking of the participants. If the participant wins the match, they will receive 3 points. In case of a draw, each participant will receive 1 point. If a participant loses, they will receive 0 points. The maximum number of points a participant can receive is 45.
• The player with the best ranking, on each console type (Xbox and PlayStation), from each club, will be chosen for the Online Playoff.
• The top 18 ranked mobile players will advance directly to the eLiga BBVA MX 2024, to be held in person from June 7 to 9.
• Participants must play as the Club that they previously played for the 3rd qualifier.
• Abilities will be balanced. All participants must prepare the environment to play the playoff match with either a Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S device.
• The top-ranking participants of the Qualifier Rounds on PlayStation Category and Xbox Category representing the same Club will play against each other online on Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S. The players who win two (2) games first will advance.
• There will be a maximum of three (3) matches. There will be extra time and penalty shootouts if needed to break a tie. Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S will be the exclusive Platform for Console Playoff round.
• If participants are unable to prepare an environment to play the playoff match with Xbox One / Xbox Series X/S, the participants will be eliminated.
• Group stage, Club abilities will be balanced so that no Club has advantage over others. There will be no extra time or penalty shootouts to break ties.
• The teams represented by the participants will form six (6) groups (each, "Pot"), each composed of 3 teams, using the online rankings from the second qualifying round.
• The ranked teams from 1 to 6 will be "Pot A," the ranked teams from 7 to 12 will be "Pot B," and the ranked teams from 13 to 18 will be "Pot C." Each group will consist of 1 team from Pot A, 1 team from Pot B, and 1 team from Pot C, which will be selected by draw. All teams in the same group will play against each other.
• The teams ranked first in each group and the 2 additional teams selected from those ranked second in each group (a total of 8 teams) will advance to Day 2.
• If a tiebreaker is needed to select the participants advancing to the elimination stage, the following will be used in order of priority:
1. Points. 2. Goal difference. 3. Total goals scored. 4. Match results between them. 5. If two (2) teams have the same score, the results of the match between the two teams will be used to determine who advances. 6. If three (3) teams have the same score, the points, goal difference, and total goals scored from the matches of the corresponding teams will determine who advances. 7. Draw.
• This will be a knockout tournament between the remaining eight (8) teams.
• Club abilities will be balanced so that no Club has advantage over others.
• The teams that win two (2) matches first will advance.
• There will be a maximum of three (3) matches. For these matches, there will be extra time and penalty shootouts if necessary to break ties.
• A third-place match will be played.
• The teams (consoles and/or mobile devices) will be provided in the eLiga BBVA MX 2024, and the use of your own team will not be allowed. Konami will provide travel and accommodation for all finalists. Exact details will be arranged with the finalists upon conclusion of the 3rd Qualifier.
